Can someone give details on each dining level of the Moshulu (dining cruise)?

Question

ASIDE from what the website says, can anyone who has been there reccomend which would be the best area to dine?

I want a little more info, such as, the website says the Captain's table has a nice view of the masses? Is it outdoors?

Is the starboard nice? What do they mean by riverside? Is the dining area actually outdoors?

It's actually not a cruise - the ship doesn't leave port.

I've dined riverside (facing the river) which I feel is nicest.  If you are facing the city - you pretty much have a view of the parking lot.  

There is seating outside but with the weather being what it's been lately - probably not too comfortable to be eating outside.  Fine for a few drinks in their bar (which is a lot of fun) but if I'm paying those pricing - I want to be comfortable.

Oh, and while it's very expensive - it's worth every penny!
