  1. Unfortunately, darwin's theory is now invalid for humans... since we have stupid laws to protect the meek...

Nothing but downhill from here on in for all us humans....

  2. Simple really. Consider two species co-existing in any environment - let's go with Finches. Introduce some kind of change into that environment - say, their food (worms, etc) have been buried deeper into the ground. Now, the species that 'wins out' is the species to properly adapt to this change - i.e. the first species of Finches to grow longer beaks, for instance. The finches with the longer beaks can reach the food easier than the other species of finches, and thus will survive longer than the un-adapted species. This is survival of the fittest in its most basic form.

As I explained before, "survival of the fittest" occurs when a species successfully adapts to a change in environment. Therefore, adaptation and this survival principle exist with each other.

    Hope this helps,

  3. My opinion?

It's brilliant; essential to understanding the nature of life; and endlessly fascinating.

  4. a form of evolution

  5. My opinion is that it does appear to work pretty well.

  6. you live to fight, eat and procreate. If you can not adapt, overcome and reacclimate you die, thus the end of the species. The best place the describes Darwins theory is the Gallepgos Isand chains. When he wrote his book on the theory of evolution and how we adapt and over come, he found many differences between animals and birds that lived in the same Island chain, but yet were so Different.
