Can someone give me a brief description on Koongies?

Im not sure how to spell it but you have like 5 little plastic rock-looking things with little silver flat stuff inside. How do you play? and Who invented them? Etc.. more info if you can find it on a website. I would greatly appreciate it.

Chinese jacks with no ball. they come and go in popularity in schools.
5 plastic coated metal round jacks. you throw 5 jacks pick up one then throw it up in the air and pick up one of the remaining 4 and catch the one you throw in the air, there is a youtube video showing koongie play.
