Here is what my 2001 Saturn cost me since I bought it for $5900 last year .

Cost - $5,900

Tax -  $400

License - $140

Insurance - $900

gasoline - $2,600

Tires - $290

maintenance - $850

Repairs -      $2,100

Car wash - $250

       Total - $14,830

    Current Value - $4,500

Cost for 1 year   = $10,330

My 2007 car cost me only $7,600 last year.

      I didn&#039;t include interest expense on the first car or parking and tolls .
