Can someone give me a consise description of what goes on in a defensive driving class? I live in Arkansas...?

I just want to know what goes on in the class and what I should expect...I got into this for going 15 over the limit...

Well, If it's anything like Texas, I have a few friends that have taken them, there is a 20 minute video. Lots of cookies, coffee and tea for a couple hours, and then a short 10 minute open book test and then they all go home with a passing grade.
