Can someone give me a example of positive deviance and why you see it as deviance?

I suppose that a great historical example would be the Civil Rights movement.  Rosa Parks was expected to take her place at the back of the bus but sat in the front instead.  Similar acts like that eventually led to the abolishment of the "accepted" separate but equal policies of racial segregation.
