I would say something like Internet abbreviations and "text talk."

Such as how the growing fast-paced society is being overwhelmed by abbreviations and the supposed shortening of simple words and phrases. An example would be how some people will say "IDK" instead of I don't know even though they take the same number of syllables. Same with OMG.

Anything to do with going green. For example, my family has started using the cloth grocery bags. What exactly is this doing for the environment? How many less plastic bags does 1 family use each year? What is the long term effect of this?
