Ok i would like somebody to give me a good workout so i can build muscle.
I have 2 dumbells which i currently use, a bench press with a leg extension but my legs are too long and they hit the ground so i cant use it. I have this one thing Iam not sure what it is but its like a curl bar. it kinda like a curl bar its the one at the top of this pic. Click the link at the bottom

Well for my right hand my max on dumbells is 35lbs, my left hand is 25lbs...yea theyre uneven.
my max bench press is 80lbs, and on that curl bar thing its 60lbs.
