It is difficult to give you a list, if one doens't know your preferences. Another page you can check is:

There are plenty of boutiques, C&A, H&M and so much more...

If you are in Wiesbaden, you can also shop in Mainz, which is very near by. In their old town there are plenty of clothes-shops, too.

You got some good names of stores from the other users - but, don't forget that the sizes for clothes or shoes are different in Germany as in the U.S. (or UK)!
