Can someone give me a list of people affected by povertry?

huh?? that list would go on for miles and miles...literally. Millions of people are affected by poverty.

That is 30% of india's population.........about 300 million people in india alone..............Dont worry about the numbers ..........atleast do something for a few poor persons.........that will be good enough

Every human is some way affected by poverty.  Some bec they are poor, some bec they are taxed to help the poor, some bec they have compassion, some bec they are angry at the poor for being poor.  

Children and the elderly are most effected.  In our area 1 in every 6 kids and 1 in every 8 senior citizens does notb have food enough to be healthy according to the US Dept of Agriculture and Second Harvest.   There are areas with a higher food need rate.

All across the US the average homeless person is a 6 yr old child.  In our specific area the average homeless person is a 7 yr old child.   Not a drug addict under a bridge a 7 yr old kid.  That means half the homeless ppl in our area are kids under 7.   The average homeless family in the US is a teen mom with 2 children.  

PPL with disabilities are also likely to be poor as are those who must spend a lot on medicine.  Famlies headed by disabled people are more likely to be poor than families where the head of household is able bodied.

Single parent families especially single mom families are at greater risk of poverty as are families where one parent is in jail or prison.  

PPL with substance problems and anyone dependent on them and anyone enablingt them are at risk for poverty

People in areas where many jobs have ended  and in areas where work is seasonal

People whose families have been in the US less than 1 generation
