I don't believe that any of the major pharmaceutical companies have large operations in Denver.  They presumably have some regional sales offices, of course, and you can find those in the phone book yellow pages.

Of the pharmaceutical companies with locations in Colorado, most are in Boulder.  You can find a list of them here:
