Okay -   Why do you want to work here?  What other volunteer work have you done?  What special skills do you have to offer? Are you punctual and reliable?  This is pretty much the way it goes.  The interviewer just has to be positive that you will last and not quit after a few days.  Your job is to convince her or him you will be volunteering there for a long time.
