I really want to lose some weight.... my thighs are thick andno matter what I do, they won't slim down. Is there some kindof trick to make them slim down?? I used to run everyday forsoccer (3 a day practices) and that didn't even help.I don't want to have to buy weight loss pills or pay for anything...I just need someone to tell me how to quickly slim them down....PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! :(
