See, I'm kinda late on scholarships and whatnot, that's because I wasn't planning to attend a university but then my family decided that it was best to go to a university rather than a community college if possible of course. So just about a few weeks ago I go t accepted to a university here and now I need to catch up on some scholarships that I have a better chance in and one of them is FASFA.

The problem is, I have no idea on what to do at all because I totally missed the meeting they had at my school.

So I'm asking for a brief/concise explanation at the steps needed to fill out the application online here, please help guys!

  1. If you go to the website, the form is self explanatory.  If you have a questions about any question you can click on it for a hint.  You will need your parent's tax forms and your license # (if you drive) and your school code in order to complete the form.  Once you complete the form in a couple of weeks you will get your anticipated award.  You decide what you want to accept and you choose a lender.  As far as scholarships, they go through the school once you submit your FASFA.  I would call them.

  2. Just go to www.fafsa.ed.gov.  Its really easy and asks simple questions.
