  1. E45 do an emollient oil that is really good, I had this problem too and within a couple of days of using it it cleared up. Hope it helps for you

  2. You could be lacking in certain vitamins, take a good multi vitamin supplement, cut out the c**p in your diet and eat more fruit and veg.  A lot of skin conditions are partly due to poor diet.

  3. okay you might not like this answer BUTT

my mom and brother have seriusus (spelt wrong) and it's red and dry. ( Sometimes it flakes. ) It can show up anywhere and anytime in your life. They both got it at a stressful time and that triggered it. I'm not too sure but please just go to a doctor bc if you do have it all these creams people are telling you will iritate it. And this is not like a fatal disease. I know a lot of people who have it.

    Look into it. Good luck

  4. try hand creme like johnsons thats what i use.

  5. get jergans or cocoa butter

jergans burns if the skin is really that bad, thats when you should get cocoa butter

it does not sting and it is healthy for your skin

  6.      Because you don't know exactly what it is, it would be hard to suggest a remedy... obviously you could go to the doctors but unfortunately they will probably give you steroid cream which gets rid of it, but doesn't really solve the cause of the problem meaning the bad skin may come back may.

I had a patch of bad skin on my arm too for like a year, it was very unattractive, and my Mum took me to a homoeopathic doctor.  In homoeppathy, it is believed that things like bad skin... headaches etc all have internal causes, such as something that you're eating that doesn't agree with your body, stress or emotional imbalance etc and they treat the problem from the inside out.  They prescribed me some pills (the remedies are all natural) and my arm cleared up a few weeks later and the problem that i had for a year did not return.  If you find a clinic and book an appointment, I'll warn you now that they're quite expensive but I thought the solution was better than endlessly using steroid cream!  Also, be prepared for lots of questions because they like to build a profile of you as a person to ensure they prescribe the perfect thing for you.

Best of luck in sorting it out x...

  7. You may have ring worm...go to your doctors and get checked out before you try home remedies.

  8. exfoliate

this will get rid of all the dead skin cells

    then use e45

    it's so good

if that doesn't go then maybe you should see a doctor

who will give you a stronger cream

    cus' it might be eczema

    :)

  9. e45 cream

    google it

you can get it at a chemist/pharmacy.

  10. It reallysounds like you have ezcema. Its a common skin condition that can spring up at any time or it may have been triggered by something such as an allergy etc. I would suggest E45 or Nivea as these are very moisturising. I would avoid soaps as they are dryng. Calomine lotion is also very soothing. But if it contines I would suggest you seek the advice of a dermotologist as he can prescribe you better medication and potentially one with a steroid. However if you go to your pharmacy there are plenty over the counter remedies. You could also consider looking at your diet as dairy is a frequent aggrevant of skin problems.

  11. E45, cocoa butter or olive butter. If it doesn't clear up in a few days you may need a mild hydrocortisone cream from the dr.

  12. sudocrem or cream, i forget, but it works wonders on all sorts of skin irritations, including rashes, sunburn and severe dryness, and yes i know its primary use is for nappy rash but by jeses it works!!!!!

  13. i think its anal HIV.
