Can someone give me an anime suggestion

I'm looking for an anime that has three distinctive features.

1) Romance

2) Action

3) Adventure

I kinda want a story like Elemental Gelade, or a romantic version of Naruto and Bleach. For some reason I need romance as a key feature in the anime so if someone could please tell me some. Also Inuyasha was pretty good.

To top this off I heard of an anime (forgot what it was). It was a short (think 6 episode) series about a girl in a hospital about to lose her life. Somehow she ends up falling in love with this guy and he falls in love with her.
