Question:

Can someone give me an excercise routine?

For night time, like sort of low maintenence, but fast paced. And if you could tell me how many calories I'd burn...thanks!!

  1. hey, well i only work out at night, thats just the best time for me, you will get in a groove for whatever works for you though.

    this is what i do when im not in a weight lifting class (like group power or spinning):

    30 minutes on an elliptical with intervals (i break it up by song on my ipod, the first song i warm up, second, i increase resistance

    third one more increase then i will kick up the resistance to like a 10, but lower the incline... you will get the hang of it)

    then i do weights and make sure i work opposing muscle groups, i start with my back, dead rows and lat pull downs, then chest presses, then i move to my legs, i work my quads then hams then i do leg presses, then i do tri&#039;s, then bi&#039;s then shoulders then abs...

    as for weight, do what you can until the muscles fatigue.
