Can someone give me directions to the ROM and the Ted Reeve Arena, both in Toronto?

Hi, I just arrived in Mississauga and I am not yet familiar with its transit system. I tried the Mississauga website but found it a little confusing.

I am planning to attend an event at the Ted Reeve Arena this Friday night (address is 175 Main Street, Toronto, ON M4E 2W2). I would also like to check out the Royal Ontario Museum sometime next week (address is 100 Queen's Park, Toronto, ON M5S 2C6).

I am looking for a way to get to these two places from Lorne Park. I can depart from either the Clarkson or Port Credit GO Stop (preferably Port Credit).

Can anybody help me plan my route?
