  1. Lean Protein, (Chicken,Fish, Beans,Very little RED meat if any)

    FRESH Fruits and Vegetables (steamed)

Green Salads (Spinach Salad with Boiled Eggs  is excellent)

Raw Nuts (Almonds and Raisins are a Great Snack)

Carbs during Football season to keep your weight and energy up...Whole Grain Pasta and Whole Grain Bread, Sour dough is good bread as well.

But during Wrestling season you need to watch your portions depending on how close you are to making weight.

ALWAYS Drink LOTS of WATER...All year long! VERY IMPORTANT!

No you don't pay for pads they are supplied...ALL Equipment is!

    HAVE A GREAT YEAR!

  2. Protein and carbs. No dairy unless you want to puke for your games or matches. Whatever you do do not cut too much weight. Not healthy.

  3. Brown rice and lean meats

  4. pay as a rent I think

  5. Well; as far as the equipment goes; I believe that it depends on the school .... so you'd be better off asking your coach and get it straight from the MAN , himself .

As far as your diet goes ; AGAIN; talk to your coach. he is the most knowledgable person about this near you and will probably be glad that you had the insight to ask him .

    Good Luck !!
