Can someone give me ideas?

MMkay,football camp is tommorow and ima ride reciever,not bragging but last year i was the sh##,i have shoes to fill!and i still have the hands,speed,ability to shake defenders(only teamates) but not the endurance anything i can do in a night to help with my endurance?

    ok well long distance jogging helps

    LT runs up a hill and hops up it and stuff

    try toe lifts and leg lifts

    like try holding your legs 6 inches above the ground for a minute and stuff


  2. I never heard of a ride receiver before.

  3. Light Running or Jogging but anything to hard will only tire you out faster so maybe a couple suicides or a mile jog something light
