Can someone give me some business proposals or ideas of NEW USES & ACTIVITIES of farmland in rural Singapore?

You have about 15 acres of farmland in rural Singapore and you can use it to do aquaculture, ornamental plant cultivation, fruit orchard, vegetable & foodcrop farming or frog culture AND also "entertainment" business like recreational fishing, nature education, outdoor recreational/sports, rustic guest accommodation, spa facilities, art & handicraft, artist studio, corporate retreat & conference facilities, can you come out with

other NEW USES or ACTIVITIES in this farmland? What I have

mentioned are " allowable uses". Can you think of OTHER USES

or ACTIVITIES that would not disrupt the rural ambience and natural charm of the rural areas?. Business like opening a disco or nightclub is obviously no....no...... Your feedback (however crazy) would be greatly apprecated. Thank you for your time.

set up a transmitter to send radiowaves to other planets and attract aliens,  if you do attract one you will strike it rich.

- Open a Nursing Home for recuperating patients.

- Rear farm animals that are presently not reared in Singapore

   like ostrichs, deers and rabbits for restaurants.

- Rear pets like hamsters, guinea pigs, terrapins

- Grow special species of fruit trees.

- A small maze for kids to navigate.
