Can someone give me suggestions on how to edit my RFG deck? (Yu-gi-oh)?

I am trying to edit my RFG deck, and I really could use some suggestions. It stands currently as:

Wekk tyr to get a few more monarchs in there. For example riaza since so many people might have extra, and Caius the Shadow Monarch. you will wan to run him in threes. if you want to speed things up use hand destruction

Its a good deck but i think u should take out the frost monarch and add a des wombat and another return from a different dimension becasue des wombats effect is any damage u take becomes zero so when u play return from a different dimension u dont have to half ur life points and u still get to bring back as many removed from play monsters as u can

keep your deck up to 45 cards in your deck and go to tornaments and ask some people to fix your deck.

first try to get at least 50 cards for a full deck and you could try to get some magic and monsters that combined great together.

Create your deck with cards that is really needed....

As long as you have a balanced deck and good combos, there's no problem would be happened....
