  1. 1) coral reefs

    2) Migratory birds

    3) Butterflies

  2. There are five times as many polar bears now as there were in the 1950s.

  3. Humans

    The animals they eat

    The animals they don't eat

    The entire Greek fraternal system

  4. Coral reefs are an extremely venerable. more heat can cause bleaching and the loss of these diverse ecosystems.

  5. Looks like the polar bears are in real trouble and maybe the seals. I don't have a lot of time to listen to the news but fox and nbc should be following these events as they quickly unfold.

  6. None! Global warming is happening so slowly that they will all adapt. But we are not sure of the new species that they are finding every day. We have considerably more life forms on earth that we had 300 years ago.

  7. Do you believe in evolution?  I assume you probably do which means there is not really any problem with species becoming extinct.  Whether it is global warming or global cooling, the fit survive, and it sucks to be the unfit.  As long as the retarded offspring of monkeys having butt s*x with fish-squirrels survive, I will be happy.

  8. ALL sea animals are threatened, especially the larger ones, which reproduce slowly, and cannot adapt quickly. So, pretty much all of the fish, dolphins, whales, and seals you are familiar with are threatened. Rising temperatures affect which algae bloom in the sea, in turn affecting the fish and whales that feed off of them. These effects are felt all the way up the food chain.

Corals are also harmed by global warming. Already, entire reefs have been "bleached" by warmer waters. Since the corals make up the base of the reef ecosystem, all the fish and other animals that live there are hurt.

Rising temperatures also mean that there is less ice in the polar regions. In the Arctic, the lack of sea ice has given Harp seals less area to breed. It has also forced the ones that do breed to do so near the shore, where they are more easily hunted.

I am afraid that it would be hard to compile a comprehensive list of all threatened animals as the list would simply be too long. Ultimately, all species are affected, as the food web touches everything, even us.

  9. All the ones who are to weak to survive an almost insignificant change in tempurature.

  10. Environmentlists are, because people are realizing global warming is a hoax

  12. Coral reef bleaching is when coral dies and all that's left is the white calcium carbonate shell:
