Can someone give me tips on losing weight???

I am currently 112 pounds and stand 5 feet and 2 inches off the ground. I am not too chubby but I recently signed up for the gym! I want to lose everything so where i can get to the point where i can start building abs. What is an ideal weight to be for someone my height to have a 4-6 pack? Also,what exercises should i work on for a six pack and losing fat at the gym? Which things do i use? 10pts for best answer!!! please help!

  1. it dopends what you want

    if you want abs then work out on machine then work out 'abs'

    plus go running or biking to lose that fat on your stomach region.

    you can go to yahoo type in workout guides and find links that give SHOW you picture what machine works what so you can get a inside on what muscle u want to work out.

    eat right to avoid noodles oh yah eat Brown rice it more healthier  then white rice or just try to eat 1,200 calories each day

    you can learn from magazines to just go to store and take look you might learn alot.

    i learn from friends and magazines.


  2. dude start building abs NOW

    if you build up muscle, fat loss will come naturally its called metabolism dude

    eat the most in the morning and eat less and less and less every meal in sequence

    for ex... breakfast - a lot

    lunch - medium

    dinner - little

    but try and space it out between 5 meals instead of just 3

    check out the ab section its pretty good

    also you should do pushups too, trust me itll make you look nice

    about 5 seconds going down and 3 seconds going up (: do this until your exhausted

    also do squats and stuff... you can check out how to do squats in that website i just showed u

    remeber dont try to diet right now... increase your metabolism first and then gradually decrease the calories of your diet and you will lose weight even faster

  4. a)you will probably loose most of your fat at the gym if you push yourself hard enough

    b)you will probably gain weight in muscle, but don't let this take you away from the gym, its all for the better
