Can someone help identify my office plant?

Question

ok this plant is in our office and just keeps dying. it grows back but after a month, more leaves are yellow and brown.

its solid green, about 2 feet high, very bushy, single "stalks" with one big green leaf on each stalk. There are about 20 or more of these stalks. no flowers.

What is it called?
