Can someone help me ! ? To learn how to go into message boards & post messages?

Question

I was told I could go to message boards, & I would see something to click on that said Post knew message or

Post message. But I cant find that option. I found it on one thats all. When I first went to the home page the button wasnt their I did something ( I DONT KNOW WHAT I did) but I clicked something and it came up. Also I was lead to beleve that it whould only take about 30-60 seconds to do. And do I have to join the site to post the articel. CAN OR WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ?

where is it that you're trying to post a message? What website? How are we supposed to help you if we don't know where you're trying to do this?
