Can someone help me about Follicle Size?

I have to get a trigger shot on cd 14 of this next new cycle to make me ovulate. Now I know that they are going to look for a mature follicle, or 2, then give me the trigger shot if all looks good. So, my question is: What's the size of a mature follicle? I totally forgot to ask my doctor and I was just curious and thought some of ya'll might know!! Thank you so much!

The ultrasound tech will tell you and probably show you. I think.. if i can remember correctly, mine were about 20mm or so....  if they are a little bigger or smaller that is ok. they might just wait another day for the shot. The 20mm was a couple days before i ovulated also.

a mature follicle is considered to be above 20mm

but some women are different and anything above 15mm can also be classed as mature
