Can someone help me about arranging this paragraph?

I need to submit my research paper but I'm confuse about this statement on how to put commas and etc, (on the section under the articla blah blah)

Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) strictly implements its broadcast code to their members. Based on the Broadcast Code of the Philippines 2007 section ten (10) under the article eleven (11) CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS AND WELFARE, “Advertisements of products or services which are not suitable for children or which might cause them physical, mental, psychological or moral harm shall not be aired in or adjacent to children’s programs.” The bad thing about this regulation is that they can only punish their members.

in the 1st sentence, KBP has been deemed singular ("implements its..") but becomes plural in the latter part ("their").

As far as punctuation is concerned, it looks fine.You could simplify the sentence before the quotation like this: Based on the Broadcast Code of the Philippines (2007)  CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS AND WELFARE,... insert the qutotation." (Article 11-10) .  Use whatever format is approiate in your country. For example: 38-33.3-209(1)  would be a reference ot a certain statute in my state.

Exactly what is it that you are researching?  That is not made clear in this paragraph.
