Can someone help me because I don't want to get to tired?

  1. Practice extra hard. When team practice is over keep running and do extra time in the weight room. Push yourself extra hard in all of your practices and after practice.  


  2. alright, im goin into my second high school season, and third overall season. last year, i was an 8th grader at a catholic school, and the high school only had a varsity team since its a small school, and working as hard as you can at practice will help, but on off days (if you have any) do some extra running, and although your season has probably already started, considering you have all these details, you should start conditioning for the next season after one season ends, so you stay in shape, and well increase your endurance.  if you dont condition before the season it will be h**l.
