i started joggin abt a week ago for field hockey. I was joggin 1.3 miles in abt 15 minutes. I jogged for 20 mins today. Can some1 help me with pacing? I jog ok-speed. How long should I jog 20 mins for? When should I jog more? Can someone give me a good routine? thanks also, i am going on vac. and its at a lake and there arent many places to jog, no sidewalks... any ideas where to go?
