Can someone help me come up with a workout plan for my gf?

She wants to loose 30 lbs (but you know how women overestimate that kinda stuff lol) But I want to come up with a workout plan that's not so strenuous maybe 3 days a week. There is a good gym not too far away but they dont have personal trainers or anything like that. So just a light workout to help her loose a little weight and keep her healthy and in shape.

  1. Here's A Diet And Exercise Plan:

    Eating Only 1200 Calories A Day.

    4-5 Meals. 200-250 Calories Each.

    Jogging For 30-40 Minutes.

    Bike Riding For 15-20 Minutes.

    Be Active

    Eat Healthy.
