Can someone help me create a car on NASCAR 09?

I want to make Boris Said's Sobe No Fear car but I can't find the decals and stuff I need. Does someone know how to create a car? I've never created one in my life! Thanks

sorry dude i dont know ur answer but can you answer my question its about is nascar 09 any good. i been thinkin about buyin it but i dont know if i should, what system you got? do you play online, whats it like if so?
