That's my hand, I just took pictures.

In the first two pictures, the "bump" in my hand has a square around it. The bump is located almost between the two ball things on your wrist, and a centimeter higher.

The third picture is how far I can bend my wrist without pushing on it with my other hand or another object.

The bump hurts to be pushed on, quite badly. Typing hurts minimally, but controlling the mouse or the keypad is getting extremely painful.

  1. 100% mosquito bite lol jp

maybe u just go see a doctor

  2. could be a sprain or a fracture.

  3. Look like a tumor.  Maybe a giant cell tumor(NOT CANCEROUS)?

It is squishy like it's fluid filled?  Could be a cyst.

Look up PVNS as well; I have PVNS in my knee, but it is also

    common in the wrist joint.

You need to get to a doctor (ortho) as soon as possible. Any kind of tumor can eat your bone and do alot of damage the longer it's in there.

If it's a cyst; they can probably drain it in the docs office and you'll be done.

  4. Most likely a ganglion cyst if it is a semi-hard lump. They can hurt when first growing but then are painless. Sometimes they are brought on by direct trauma but usually the cause is unknown. Cortisone inj then surgery if it bothers you.

If it is a hard mass like bone it could be something "carpal boss" where the bone grows due to inflammation of the bone in that area.

  5. PLEASE GO TO THE DR........YOU COULD HAVE BONE CANCER IN THAT REGION............GOOD LUCK!

  6. Looks like a ganglionic cyst.  Just some fluid around a tendon.  People used to hit them with a hard object to disperse the fluid.  It is recommended to have it professionally drained or removed.  Don't worry, it is probably benign.  Worth getting it checked out though.
