i have a dart board i want to hang up in my basement. the spot i want it is on this cement wall. what are ways i could hang it on this wall.

nail it in the cement...

if nailing is too hard then try drilling a s***w in...

both can go through cement

drill with a masonry DRILL BIT,. don't nail it direct because it may crack the wall.
