  1. luteal?

I think I may know, but to be honest, I've never heard of "luteal phase"...

You know what I found out...the harder I tried to get pregnant with my first child, the more I didn't.  I stopped counting and taking temperature, etc. and just acted normally--sexually, and that's when it finally happened.

To each his own though...If you feel it's working for you..go for it.

  2. You need to know the day you ovulate to determine how long your luteal phase is, as The luteal phase is the amount of days After ovulation, so the day AFTER ovulation is 1dpo, and you continue counting days until AF arrives (Af is cd1 so don't count the day of AF into the luteal phase)

For eg: one of my cycles I ovulated on cd16, and got AF on cd34 making my luteal phase from cd17 to cd33 =Luteal phase is 17 days.

    Hope that helps
