Can someone help me figure out the name of a tv show/sitcom?

I am trying to find a tv show (sitcom) about a redhead working in an office. I think it's a news agency. Anyway it's about her relation with a few others in the office including the cafeteria guy who's becomes her boyfriend. I used to watch it a few years back and found it really funny. But for some reason I can't remember what it was called. I think the title was the name of the main character in it. I can remember all the characters but not their names or the show's name. That's as much as I can recall.
