can you help me to order these from least to greatest? any strategies would help too!

#1 ) 1.75, 9/5, 8/3, 7/2, 5/9, 2.65

#2) 9/8, 1.25, 1.05, 3/2, 6/5, 1.1

1) 1.75, 1.8, 2.67, 3.5, 0.55, 2.65

Answer --> 0.55, 1.75, 1.8, 2.65, 2.67(2.66 is also ok), 3.5

#2)1.12, 1.25, 1.05, 1.5, 1.2, 1.1

Answer --> 1.05, 1.1, 1.12, 1.2, 1.25, 1.5

Im not that great at math, but i think that might help..

You should either convert all to decimal or fractions (by finding a common denominator.

1) the numbers in decimals as listed:

   1.75, 1.8, 2.666, 3.5, 0.555, 2.65

   so...5/9, 1.75, 9/5, 2.65, 2.666, 3.5

2) the numbers in decimals as listed:

   1.125, 1.25, 1.05, 1.5, 1.2, 1.1

   so...1.05, 1.1, 9/8, 6/5, 1.25, 6/5

I believe this is correct. all i did was take the numbers from smallest to biggest! and i think you misplaced the decimals for a forward slash!
