Can someone help me find a lightweight laptop?

Question

I really need a new laptop soon for school, i would like it to be under 2kg (but it could be a little more) have a duel core porcessor at around 2gig (although again this could be reduced) and have 2 gig of RAM or more. I have looked for ages but i cant seem to find one, any help would be much appreciated

if you want really light (but expensive), try the Macbook Air.

The Macbook Air is just 1.36kG and has an Intel core 2 duo 1.8GHz processor, and 2Gig of RAM.

Dell XPS is about 15kg! Buy a MacBook Air

Most lightweight laptops are either expensive or underpowered. You can try looking at the ASUS U and W Series, if you can afford it, try the VAIO TZ or SZ series.

If you don't need the high end specs, you can go for the ASUS Eee PC 1000H, Acer Aspire One or MSI Wind PC. They are  light and are not expensive
