Can someone help me find a quadratic function?

I've been trying to answer this question for my project for days now.

A biologist was interested in the number of insects larvae present in water samples as the temperature if the water varied. He collected the following data:

Given that the value of b is 75, experiment with values (teacher told us between -1 and -2 which i think is the value for a) for a and c in y = ax^2 + bx + c to fit a quadratic function to your plot
