Can someone help me find a tag mount for a Vstar 650?

I have a 2000 Vstar 650 Classic. It was highly customized and didnt come with a tag mount. Im having a helluva time finding one online, probably because I dont know where to look. When I finally bought one, they refunded me because it was out of stock(Better Bike Parts). Thanks!
