  1. Check out this website. They have all the information you need on symptoms and treatments for asthma.

  2. hello!

i know of two things that can help a lot!

    1. Drink LOTS of water!

    2. Go to a LOCAL farmer's market and buy LOCALLY produced honey. Use that on lots of your food. Helps to integrate potential asthma inducers into the body in a way that is safe and prevents asthma attacks.

  3. My asthma was caused by a bacterial infection and was cured by antibiotics.  Steam showers work well to open up the lungs.  Deep breathing and exercising the lungs is good too.  I have allergies so I take Claritin everyday.  I didn't like Advair either.  It is effective, so please do not discontinue your Advair without talking to your PCP and having an alternative plan.  If your are suffering from indoor allergies Singulair is excellent.

    Take care.  Feel better.

  4. One of my children is asthma sufferer and sport(especially swimming) does help. In the case of attack the singing  and laughing with proper breathing exercise seems to help.

  5. q-var

I'm told it helps repair the bronchial tubes.

you can read more about it here:

  6. asthavent ecohaler

  7. i use ventolin expectorant

    it is pretty good too

  8. Hello 98Transam,

I would have to agree with a lot of the answers above as a replacement for advair.  However, if you are interested in alternative medicine, then I would urge you to check out http://www.doingverywell.com  Good luck to you!
