Can someone help me find these bball shorts?

I saw someone wearing basketball shorts similar to these:

But, they were not Nikes (at least I don't think they were) and they were a little more shiny and not reversible. I want these shorts, but I have no idea who makes them or where I can find them. Any ideas?

that wasn't bball shorts, they were panties.

i nkow those shorts. go to kohls and they sell them for like 10 bucks or 15
