Can someone help me fix this picture?

I don't have any kind of program on my computer that will do what i need but i was hoping someone on here would be kind enough to do it for me. If you click on the link you will see a picture of an eagle well i want to make the eagle forest green. Can anyone do this for me please! The second link is a sample of the color i want the eagle to be. I want the background to stay white. Thanks so very much to the person who does this for me! 10 pts. is in it for you!

If you just want the eagle to be forest green, you simply do it it a Paint.

Start » Programs » Accessories » Paint.

Just choose a Forest Green color. and paint it to the eagles.

Simple, you can do it yourself Dear.

just copy it and go to paint well paste it on paint
