Question:

Can someone help me get bigger and stronger?

I'm 14, to be 15 at the very end of November. I play football as a lineman. I weigh 160 pounds now, but my dad wants me at 200. What I'm doing now isn't really helping me out. Can I get some suggestions?

  1. eat high colorie foods and sit for the whole day it may gain you 5 pounds of weight every 2 weeks

  3. Keep working out a gym but don't over do it.  You're only 14/15 your body is still growing and maturing.  I would say your best bet is to get a personal trainer.  Someone who can guide you through the proceses of bulking up and make sure you do it properly for your growing body

  4. well it a bad thing to push your body to do something it isn't capable with doing

    but i have a few suggestions -i know how you feel i used to have the same problem-

    well you can start by filling ur self with fiber and calcium

    drink alot of milk and eat alot of veggies and graint -just dont over ear crazy hahahaha- fill up on some daily cardio run a few laps a day, do some crunches for the abs but dont get caught up in this whole thing get some friends to chear you  on or work out with them and/or play some sports during free time for fun -this whole thing works better if its not on your mind and if it become like second nature to you have fun in life adn all if u kno wat i mean :D-

  5. try eating foods rich in fats and carbohydrates but make sure to eat at your limits or else you'll get very fat
