Can someone help me get my Ps3 saves back?

For some reason I turned on my Ps3 and it couldn't start, it had to 'rebuild' the hard disk so I said yeah...but then an error occurred and I had to get it re-formatted, I said yes cuz there were no other options. So all my game saves were deleted, thankfully I didn't have much on it but my Oblivion save was on it and after spending over 200 hours on it I feel sick it's gone to waste. If someone could tell me how to get it back I'd be EXTREMELY grateful (if there is a way).

Nope there isnt.

You can get ganesaves from GameFAQs but you cant get yours back.
