Can someone help me i'm trying to build a Pokemon Leaf Green team.?

Question

I'm starting over from the begging of the game and I'm wondering if the team i'm thinking will be any good and also I was wondering what moves should I use for my team. Also if you think I should use a different pokemon in my team just tell me. Any suggestions will be accepted.

My Team:

1) Blastoise

2) Kangaskhan

3) Flareon

4) Raichu

5) Sandslash

6) Kadabra

This is actually good but i think you should trade in Kangaskhan for a grass type. I would say maybe Scyther since he has great speed which would help alot.

So if you have this team 9/10

10/10 if you trade for Scyther that way you have a good and cool looking team.

There are TONS of better water pokemon in the game, and there aren't that many good fire types or grass types, so you should consider switching starters.  I recommend getting a venasaur because there are no good grass types in pokemon leaf green (only victreebel).  Therefore, you can get a Magmar as your primary fire type.  Flareon is generally a bad pokemon,  but instead you could get a vaporeon, one of the best water types in Leaf Green.  If you don't want a vaporeon you could go with a starmie or a lapras (lapras recommended).  Raichu is generally a bad pokemon, so you might want to consider getting a jolteon if you NEED to have an electric on your team.  Sandslash is terrible, exchange him for either Dragonite, Rhydon, or Marowack with the thick club attached so its speed is doubled.  As for Kadabra, you should evolve him into an alakazam  but if you cant i recommend you getting a mr. mime.  Kangaskahn is bad....

for no.5 a dragonite is easy to get just raise some good money then buy a dratono on the coin exchange then just raise dratini the proper way and he will become a powerful dragonite.
