Can someone help me i need to cool my bedroom down?

i live in an apt and i have an a/c in the living room but i need to cool my bed room down i have a fan right by the bedroom door but that don't seam to do much and i can't open the window b/c the people that put the window in put it to were i can not open it can someone help me

point your fan out of you room. I know it sounds silly... but it'll suck the air out of your room and might pull in the cool air circulating the rest of the house. your very best bet would really be to open that window and stick the fan blowing out of it.
