Can someone help me locate a water bell?

Question

This may be as simple a device as an inlet, water rotating a shaft (ringing a bell on the outside), then an outlet. Needed as a reminder that the water is running at the hose;

Have you considered putting the hose on a timer instead?  It will automatically shut off after a set period of time.
