Can someone help me on itunes

on itunes i never finish downloading my songs but when i open itunes again the songs were never finish downloading and my money was not retuned

how do i get the songs to finish uploading

i dont understand, if you dont finish downloading them your not gonna get them.

i've had this problem before. basically, when you open up itunes, your songs are supposed to be downloaded automatically. when this does not necessarily happen, open up itunes and click on store (top bar). then click on check on purchases. this should scan for unfinished downloads and start resuming them again. (the link should help if this isn't clear enough). hope this helps! :]
