Question:

Can someone help me out? How to lose this weight?

I'm 13 years old and i wanna lose 10-15 pounds, im not obese or anything i just think if i lose 15 pounds my confidence will be boosted. I try to jog/walk 2-3 miles everyday and i try to eat good. But im still a kid, so i cant cut out the sweets and stuff completely.

Please help me out i would like to lose at least 15 pounds by christmas. I really need to boost my self esteem, whats a way to lose the weight but still being able to eat a little of what i love..

  1. Well...what I normally do is that I wake up early (If it's hot outside) and go running for a mile. Then I eat a healthy breakfast like yogurt, eggs, fruit..ETC. Just...eat more fruits and veges, and excersise.

By Christmas?!  Wow, you can definitely do that!  Although a lot of people think that if they get skinny they'll be confident and then they just end up being more obsessed about the way they look instead.  Why don't you start *acting* more confident, and then you will eventually be able to convince yourself to *be* more confident.  Otherwise, just continue doing that exercise.  Make sure that you take a couple of days off a week, and even if you don't lose that weight in pounds, you definitely will be smaller by Christmas.  Good luck!

  4. you can it what you want, just eat it in smaller portions.  

  5. try a lot of cardio. i run alot but you also have to be willing to give up some things. ive given up caffine altogether and i actually feel really great. i only drink water or fruit juice. because actually most of the calories we intake are through drinks so if you give up about 300 calories in soda then you can still have some sweets but not too much.
